Job Title: Student Counselor &  Sales Associate
Location: Arena Animation, Park Street, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Student Counselor & Sales Associate
who will be responsible for counseling prospective students and converting inquiries into
enrollments. This role requires a strong sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to guide students in making the right career decisions in the animation and VFX
industry.

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
● Counsel students and parents on course offerings, career prospects, and admission
procedures.
● Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
● Conduct student needs analysis and recommend suitable programs.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and lead
generation campaigns.
● Participate in education fairs, school visits, and industry events to promote our courses.
● Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and open-house events to attract potential
students.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance counseling
effectiveness.
● Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, and referrals.
● Engage in outbound calling to potential students and nurture relationships to
drive enrollments.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Business, or
Communication).
● 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in student counseling, education industry, or
a related field such as EdTech, training institutes, or career coaching. Experience in lead
generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
● Target-driven mindset with the ability to close sales.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is required, with proficiency in English strongly preferred.
