REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Arena Multimedia reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.

Arena Multimedia reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student and not refund the Course Fees without giving any written notice on any grounds that ArenaParkStreet seems fit to maintain discipline and order in the class room.

If Arena Multimedia cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund within working 7 days from the date of Cancellation. If the payment is made online then refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, Arena Multimedia has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Refund of Online payment will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter received in the account from which the payment was made and in case of Cash payment, the cash will have to be collected from the following address :

The customer support team of Arena Multimedia – Park Street should be approached in case of any feedback, complaint or suggestions. The Support Team will take responsibility for resolution of a problem within 5 days.
